Chef Angeliqueca got her recipe posted first and these cupcakes really take my fancy for a dessert buffet. Zabwan was second in and her malva pudding is definitely worth a try. PinkPolkaDot has conquered two challenges in one and I love her use of Amarula in the malva pudding.
As you can see, I made a lot of malva pudding – so on Friday night I tried some with the amarula – this is an adult dessert of note.
For the bake a savoury tart challenge Pink went for a chicken pie – comfort food indeed for winter. Another late submission came from Shaz, a chicken, mushroom and leek quiche.
