These challenges are so much fun as they help you push beyond the boundaries. Most people tend to look for the same recipes to make time and time again. We all need to be pushed out of our comfort zone and try something new. Without a challenge we might just stick to variations of the same.

I have made nigella’s caramel croissants with pain au chocolats added to it.. delicious!!
