My verdict:
Each recipe includes nutritional information and in the last chapter, Jamie gives advice on how to balance your plate. Breakfast comes in at under 400 calories and the rest of the recipes come in at under 600 calories for lunch and dinner. There is also information on how to trade up your carbohydrates. Knowing the calorific value of a recipe is great if you are monitoring your daily calorie intake. The photographs are brilliant. The result is that they look like you can eat the food off the page. Some of the recipes have extras such as seasonal swaps and how to mix it up.
As this is an international title I am unable to publish any of the recipes on my blog and therefore I have not tested anything for this review.
