  2. Congrats on winning! Love the decanter, looks beautiful. We have a kiwi fruit spoon as well and it does work. It’s great for packing in the kids’ lunch boxes. I myself read books on the kindle app on my iPad at the gym, magazines are saved for what little leisure time I can squeeze in at home!

  3. I’ve never tried duck fat although I did see pig fat served as breakfast spread at a hotel we were staying at the other week. i tried it for curiousity then spat it straight out! Very unappealing cold! -Cate from IMK

    • I seem to have lost the spoon, but it works amazingly well. And no confit potatoes sadly. Maybe some duck?

  8. Ugh, I wish I liked the elliptical machine more! But I like your idea of bringing Good Housekeeping magazine with you! I should try that instead of watching the t.v.’s, there’s nothing good on anyhow. Love that kiwi spoon, I need to look into getting one, we are big kiwi fans here and I’ve read that they are naturally pesticide free as Kiwi farmers don’t feel the need to spray, so buying organic isn’t necessary as they should be naturally so! Yay for the Kiwi, so tasty.

    • Our old gym had a TV on each machine and I would watch the news or the sport. The new gym we go to has older machines and it can get quite boring. Interesting fact about the kiwi farmers Laura 🙂

  11. Tandy, I bet you made some tasty “taters” with that duck fat! Love your kiwi stash, too, although I’ve never seen a kiwi spoon before. Clever gadget. Your new carafe is stunning — the stopper is so unique — congrats on your win! Safe travels, xo.

    • The stopper is a wooden ball and I would not mind a few more to make the other decanters we have match 🙂
