Recipe For Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

I love chicken, done any way, and with bacon it can only be good! The creaminess of the mushrooms and the saltiness of the bacon makes this dish perfect in my mind.

  1. Used the ingredients recipe, but once wrapped in bacon, seal the ends of the cling film with the chicken & bacon inside by rolling and holding each end of the cling film, and cooked in a pan of hot water for 20 minutes. Then crisped up the bacon in a frying pan with a knob of butter a table spoon of oil. Yum!
